In Person Purchases Return and Refund

All Sales Are Final. No refunds on in person purchases. Please be sure to inspect your items before purchasing.

Online Purchases Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.   To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.   

To start a return, you can contact us at cactuscharm01@gmail.com. If approved, we will send you a return label for the item(s) you want to return or exchange. Returns due to ordering wrong size or item will be returned at customers expense. When we receive your package, you will be refunded with in store credit. If you want an exchange, once we receive your return, we will ship out your new item, if item is available . All items returned will receive in store credit for the amount returned minus 20% restocking fee.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
